1. General Refund Eligibility
1.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers)
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Echo Clone AI platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies once per customer.
1.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:
- Your refund request is submitted within the applicable refund window
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for policy violations
- You have not previously received a refund for any Echo Clone AI subscription
- Your usage has not exceeded 20% of the plan's monthly character allowance (for refund fairness)
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period (unless covered by a specific guarantee)
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window has elapsed
- Usage charges or overage fees
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
- Partial months — subscriptions are billed monthly and we do not issue pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- Any subscription where the refund guarantee has already been used
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to all plan features until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
- Your voice clones and generated audio remain accessible until the billing period ends

4. Service Disruptions & Credits
If Echo Clone AI experiences significant, prolonged service disruptions (downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours) caused by our infrastructure, we may, at our discretion, offer:
- Account credits proportional to the disruption period
- Extended subscription periods
- Partial refunds for severely impacted accounts
Disruptions caused by third-party services, force majeure events, scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance), or user-side issues do not qualify for credits or refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
